Earthwork & Subbase

When it comes to completing work beneath a sports field, our crews handle every step.

Our crews self-perform earthwork, stabilization, stormwater management, drainage, and subbase installation, giving clients peace of mind their project will start on-time.

Because our earthwork crews are in-house, MMTH has the capability to start projects faster — moving up the entire timeline. When done well, proper civil design combined with expert in-house earthwork and subbase crews sets the entire project up for success and protects the project’s investment for years to come.

Concrete

Concrete can make or break the foundation of a project. For turf sports fields, the perimeter concrete curb sets the elevation for the turf and must be installed to the tightest elevation standards. For most other projects, it’s also a finish product everyone sees beneath their feet. It must be done well.

MMTH’s in-house concrete crews self-perform projects of every type and every size. With their knowledge, attention to detail, and years of experience, our installations are always of the highest quality.

Logistics

In today’s volatile world, reliable equipment and material shipping have become highly sought after services. Sports construction projects have tight windows and timelines for completion, and crews rely heavily on getting equipment and material to the site when needed to avoid delays.

We prefer to complete all tasks in-house to control the process from start to finish. Our logistics team ensures trucking goes smoothly, ship dates are on-time, and the right type of equipment is there to do the job. We maintain a fleet of heavy equipment and operators to perform all aspects of a job, including equipment mobilization, material shipping, mass excavation, subbase, turf handling, dirt haul-off, and de-mobilization.

Carpentry

More skilled craftsmen are retiring than are learning the trade. Recognizing this gap, MMTH hired and developed some of the best carpentry crews in the sports construction industry. Millworks

Almost every building includes cabinets and countertops in its design plans. By manufacturing and installing our own millwork, MMTH crews control another key aspect of every overall project, helping us keep the entire build on time, on budget, and completed with the highest quality.
