The MMTH Design Build Process

When you choose to work with MMTH Sports Construction, our partnership extends beyond the project. We will help guide you through important meetings with stakeholders, proactively tackle any potential roadblocks before they come up, and celebrate with you when your vision finally comes to life.

5 Steps

01

Site Observation

We kick off with thorough onsite exploration, including topographic surveys and geotechnical investigations. Our survey team meticulously maps out the site’s topography and underground utilities, drawing from field data, as-built records, and expert insights.

02

Conceptual Design & Pre-Lim Cost Estimates

Collaborating closely with university officials, MMTH crafts conceptual design renderings and preliminary cost estimates. These ensure alignment with the university’s expectations, budget, and timeline, while exploring marketplace options and product benefits within available funds.

03

Design Development

Moving forward, MMTH enters the Design Development phase, generating draft construction drawings and specifications for detailed costing. This allows for comprehensive review and adjustment, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance before progressing to permitting efforts.

04

Construction Design

In this phase, MMTH conducts final reviews with university officials, submitting necessary materials for permitting and finalizing pricing. Iterative processes continue until project permits are secured, and pricing is mutually agreed upon.

05

Construction

As construction commences, our in-house engineers oversee administration and quality control, facilitating weekly progress meetings and daily correspondence to keep university officials informed. We diligently adhere to drawings and specifications, tracking project timing to ensure timely completion within the owner’s established timeline.

It was very evident from the beginning that their best interest was the interest of Siloam Springs.
